A Christmas Stitching Finish

Gentle Freinds, I was bound, damned, and determined to get this sucker finished before Christmas... and I achieved my goal!! I finished this up yesterday...

"Christmastide at Holly House" - The Scarlett House - 10/31 - 12/22
40 ct "Fawn" LL - Using the called for silks, except I used "Icing" Belle Soie for the snowflakes.

The changes I made as I stitched along were few, I left off the single stitch for the deer's eyes, I added a white cornice to the roofline and crowns to the chimneys, left off the line of white that was on top of the chimneys,... was that supposed to be snow??? I wonder?? I also filled the windows with NPI 998, I liked the dark grey better than more brown as was called for.  Other than that it's pretty much as charted.  A fun piece to work on, I do love Tanya's charts and the stuff she does!!
