ReplyDeleteHope you have a very Happy Easter!
I own two of these tiny works of art, handmade for me by a friend who painted Ukrainian eggs as a hobby. For the past 30 years, they have adorned my Christmas tree. And you just made me realize that I never even think of getting them out at Easter. Funny, huh? Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteYour photo of the pysanky is beautiful.....I do make them but I haven't for a few years. I can always teach you, at least the basics.... it is actually not that hard.....the main thing is doing it a million times until you have a steady hand!!! I would say you have a pretty good head start, your stitching is a sure sign!!!
