A Little Stitchin'

Gentle Friends,  still stitching away on Agnes... here's a snaperoo of where I left off...

...as I turned the corner on the border at the top right I had to adjust the outside line a bit so that it matched up with the left side.  For some reason, the blue line was another 4 stitches further out and made the whole piece look lopsided so I "fixed" it visually as I have done here and there along the way... I'd have finished up the border but missed a crucial sitch that I really couldn't fix so after I sida a couple of not too nice words I frogged that sucker back almost 2 1/2 inches... I've restitched and almost caught up to where I was and will probably have the border complete in the next day or two.  Then it is on to the alphabets in the center...

  4. So sorry about the frogging. I do love the color of the strawberries! I think BBD often has wonderful borders in their designs.

  5. Even with the frogging, you're a quick stitch I swear. Those borders can be sneaky sometimes, can't they? ~Robin~

  6. I am always bothered by patterns that make the piece look like you made a mistake. I usually fix it also. I really love that border. So sorry that you had to frog. At least you are almost back to where you were.
