Gentle Friends, another quick weekend passes, and we arrive on a slow,wet Monday morning...... I did get some stitching in on the the band sampler and here is where it stands as of 10 pm last night.....
.... as you can see it is bee-bopping along just fine. I did, however have to frog and restitch the first basket of fruit, it was off by a single stitch. I was really mad at having to rip it out and restitch, but that's how it is sometimes, that single stitch would have thrown the whole row of fruit off and that would have made me nuts!

Edgar.....the Winter Band Sampler is looking great! I am the same way......no matter how small the error, even off just one stitch (and probably no one would have noticed), I have to correct it. I know it is there. We woke up to heavy, heavy fog this morning. Reminded me of SF. Have a wonderful day.

ReplyDeleteOh wow -- this is really coming together BEAUTIFULLY! You kicked that FROG to the curb - good for you! Hope he doesn't come hopping over in my direction! Really do love this sampler, Edgar. I've forgotten now which designer did this one, but I think I remember you saying you had tinkered with the design a little bit? (Maybe I'm confusing this with something else.). Looks fantastic and I look forward to your happy dance for this one.
