Gentle Friends, settling on two blues (CC "Wavy Navy" & GAST "Morning Glory") that I'm happy with, here's the result...
... to get the blue floss to look blue in the snap I have to give up on the linen (PTP "Moonglow" 40ct) having the yellow overcast and so it looks very dull beige/grey...I do like how this first part turned out but can't get past the idea that the bowl of fruit looks like bubbles!!

I am glad you found some blues to your liking....they compliment each other very well. Did you replace that little flower in the upper left that you initially stitched in Cornflower or is that still in the Cornflower? Perhaps it's just the photo, but it looks different than the rest of the light blues. Happy Groundhog's Day! ~Robin~
