A Little More Normal

Gentle friends, as we all start getting back to a more normal life after being vaccinated we had a little fun over the weekend and got a chance to get over to a friend's house in Berkeley ...just to smell the roses......  and eat lunch!  Here are some snaps of his backyard in full bloom...

... Mr. Billbo Baggins was on point all afternoon!!

Rob is a super cook/baker and after a lunch of roasted asparagus and short ribs there was a scrumptious desert.  He had made little shortcakes, which he covered with strawberries that had been macerated in balsamic/mint with a dollop of freshly whipped cream!

  3. His roses are stunning and so healthy looking. No black spot, no mold, glossy leaves. I envy his green thumb. And the dessert looked pretty darn good too.
