A little Baking

Gentle Friends, I whipped up a little sweet bread over the weekend.....

.... cranberry orange to be specific.  Quite tasty and the recipe can be found at Sally's Baking Baking Addiction Blog, it's called Orange Glazed Cranberry Bread (click the title to go there). The changes I made were - I used dark and not light brown sugar and left out the pecans - and it was really a tasty treat with a cup of coffee.

    I love anything with icing. lol! This sounds delicious! How come you don't gain a million pounds with all the baking you do? lol!
