A Little Baking

Gentle Friends, I found a really nice recipe Cranberry Bread - called "Christmas Cranberry Coconut Christmas Bread" - from over at Mennonite Girls Can Cook.......

.... easily gotten ingredients, and full, and I mean full of flavour!!!  I am loving this bread, and it will become a staple on our Christmas Morning Breakfast Buffet.

......  It was moist and just delicious - if you like a little sour and little sweet then this is the bread for you.
____________

That's about it for today sports fans - thanks for stopping by, do stop again.

Take care,
edgar

Yum Yum My friend baked this bread over the weekend and shared a loaf with me--it was delicious. Yes, it definitely deserves a place at the Christmas morning breakfast table.

That looks really good. Will have to give it a try. Did you use the called for fresh and dried cranberries?

That looks good. I have a bag of cranberries in the freezer that I need to use and that looks like the perfect thing.

That looks delicious but I am afraid I would be the only one to enjoy it since it has coconut in it. And let's face it, I certainly don't need to eat the whole loaf!

I've finished all of my Christmas baking, but I'll have to try this bread too! It looks so scrumptious! (and your photos are magazine worthy!)
