I'm a Proud Uncle and a Little Stitchin'

Gentle Friends, last week my Niece, Katie, graduated from the 8th grade. During the End of Year Exercises she was awarded Female Athlete of the Year.  She is a really strong Basketball player and when the season was over she went on to play Volleyball.   Being a very strong basketball player she will continue playing in High School next year - YEA KATIE!!!

Yay, Kate!! I so wish I could play volleyball, but I am too short, even for a libero. And probably too clumsy, anyway, LOL!!

How wonderful that you were able to enjoy your niece's graduation! She's lovely and what an honor to be Female Athlete of the Year!

Your stitching is coming along nicely. Can't wait to see it finished.

Ohh what a great post about your niece. She's beautiful and I have to say that her candy necklace is a whole lot better than those cheap candy necklaces I had when I was kid.lol

Beautiful stitching.
