Collecting Royal Stuff

Gentle Friends, if you have been reading this Blog for a while you know of my interest in European Royal families, both Major and Minor Royals.  A Couple of weeks ago I picked up a little piece of china commemorating one of the doyennes of the noble house of Windsor.  Here's a snap...

....  a two handled loving cup commemorating the Queen Mother's 100th birthday in 2000.  I found it at a thrift store and just snapped it up.  I have quite a few of these commemorative china mugs and cups.

A Quick post for today sports fans.  Thanks for stopping by, do stop again!!

Take care,
edgar

This is lovely. I hope to "hit the shops" soon in Historic Lebanon Ohio to see what's out there. Not to much Royal memorabilia in this area of the country though.............

Today is the perfect day to be showing our Royals as it is St.George's day (the patron saint of England). It is a really lovely cup. x
