Some Puppy Pictures

Gentle Friends I finally got it together and got some snaps of the puppies, including the newest addition to the "Who Hound Herd."

This is the new puppy in to our family....  at a little under a year old and about 3 or so pounds he is one bundle of energy....

Here are the two man dogs - you can see that Smokie is a bit bigger than the "Humpster" or Stewie as we call him - they both are in continual "Grab-ass" mode - which has one good thing going for it, it gives Lolly a break from Smokie and his wrestling around.

.....and here they all are trying to crowd each other off the heating pad.. clockwise from l to r - there is Peaches, Lolly, Humpi and Smokie - they look really cute, but don't let that fool you, they can be little devils when they want to!!!

On the tree this year is a great ornament that a Friend of Rico's gave us...

  5. Love the initials on the tree!! What a cute pile-o-pups that is. Looks like the cat blobs that form here when everyone decides to get along. Pets bring such joy to this time of year. I am relieved that a shelter-bound cat belonging to a dear friend has found a new forever home just in time for Christmas. I was losing sleep worrying over finding a home for dear Harper kitty, but she has gone back to my friend Kaysa's ex-sister-in-law. So a familiar and loving home where she was born. A holiday miracle that has brightened my day. Just a little pet loveliness that I needed to share. Wishing the best for you, Rico and the doggies for a Merry Christmas!!

  30. Humpi is a tiny version of a 125 lb doberman we had called Humphrey. He used to come over and play with our lab and hump him. My mother adopted him (his name was Duke) and renamed him Humphrey hoping it would make him hump-free. (Rim shot) Anyway, it's a sweet little pack you have!

  31. Your Humpi reminds me of our old doberman (125lbs of love). He was originally named Duke and he would play with our lab, humping him. My mom adopted him and renamed him Humphrey hoping to make him "hump-free." {Rim shot} You've got a sweet little pack!
