Gentle Friends, it wouldn't be the first day of Summer without my posting a bit of lovely Vivaldi...... from the Four Seasons... Summer......
... Vivaldi's Concerto for solo baroque violin and strings in G Minor performed on original instruments by Cynthia Freivogel and the Early Music Ensemble Voices of Music. It lasts about 11:36 minutes but it's such a beautiful piece of music it's worth a listen! Enjoy!

Very pretty. It's 97 right now here so something a little cooler would be most appropriate. The Nutcracker would do it but without the seasonal accoutrements. Love that word- accoutrements!
