Thrifty Thursday

Gentle Friends, I found a few fun things over the weekend, here's a snap...

... from L to R... a great  - and very heavy - bright cut "Ice Bowl", you know how I love me some bright cut glass!!... and older, cloisonne bowl in really super condition ca 1910...  5 luster ware plates, this is such a hard pattern to find.  I got the first pieces from my mom's house as they were originally from my grandmothers, now I have 13 of them......the porcelain bottle with cherry blossoms is really old, I had been watching it for about a month at the Goodwill and when it went half price I snapped that sucker up!!.... I also found a couple of movies......  so not too bad.  I hit the usual places and an Estate Sale.

  1. Great finds as always, I love the plates. I recently ( finally) purchased a Hope Angier fireboard with a clipper ship on it , so I guess ships are a new favorite. Have a great weekend.
