Gentle Friends, I had a request to make some lemon bars... so that's what I made Sunday.......
..... I found many recipes online and went with one I found at AllRecipes.... by Chef John, you can go HERE for a copy. They were really nice and lemony and the crust is...... shortbread, so you can't beat!!

ReplyDeleteThey remind me of lemon bars I used to bake. I haven't made them for years even though I LOVE lemony baked goods! I think I'll have to bake them this year despite the havoc they will wreak with my body. But then my body is already shot, so bring on the lemon bars!!!
