A Little Snow

Gentle Friends, although we never see snow here by the Bay, I do love snow!!  We have been having our regular Summer weather where the temps stay in the upper 50's and tons of fog.... gotta love that!!  So here is a lovely woodblock image, Snow Drum Bridge by Hiroshige...

Fall's a 'coming and Winter's on its way!!!
Have a super weekend. Stay Safe!

  1. What a refreshing image! We're having an 84 degree break from the high 90's here in Louisiana.

  3. We've been in the mid to high 80s for several weeks now. I love snow too, but I am enjoying the hot weather (AC helps) and our pool right now.

  4. Can't wait for Fall! It's been unbearable here in AZ but further south like Phoenix it's been near 120! Been admiring your latest finishes! Beauties!

  5. Love the wood block you shared, Edgar! Last week during our 90s stretch, I was thinking of fall and winter time. I love fall and winter.

  6. Even tho this has been a crazy year and hope for it all to be over with soon, I just can't look forward to winter. I dislike being cold! We are having a nice break from our 90's temps with almost as high humidity here in NE Kansas. Going to be so pleasant today! And an overnight low maybe in the 50's in the morning.

  7. How pretty. I find myself very tired of summer by August. It has been dry as a bone and temps in the 80's.

  9. I love, love, LOVE fall....but not what follows. Our winters are too long. When you say 50's for temps....that's been your highs?? I was lamenting the fact that our highs have already dropped to the mid-60s with lows in the mid to upper 40's...August should be warmer.... Yikes. Might be a longer winter than even normal here. ~Robin~
