A Little Stitchin'

Gentle Friends, I've finally finished up the second "square" of Autumn at hawk Run Hollow.....

... the only reason I can think of for taking so very loooong to get through this square is that it is probably my least favorite on the entire piece.  Whatever, it's behind me now and on to the next one.  I am taking a little break from AaHRH to work on an Exchange piece so there may be no stitchin' snaps for a bit.

  1. It didn't seem long to me, but then you stitch quickly as far as I am concerned.

  4. It definitely is harder to finish something if it doesn't appeal to you. Glad you got that second block finished and out of the way.

  5. I am not sure why you did not like this square....but I love it. I adore pumpkins, crows and all things fall. The oranges and browns...gosh, so pretty. It's beautiful, like all your work. :)

  9. It's looking gorgeous! Congrats on getting that second block done. It's a challenge alright when your stitching a section that doesn't appeal to you.

  10. This is coming along beautifully, Edgar! I just love the color palette in this design. You've probably stated in an earlier post, but may I ask what the linen color is that you're using? I really love whatever it is that you've chosen. Gorgeous!
