A LIttle Stitchin'

Gentle Friends, I finished up the queen stitched strawberries....


......the little checked dividing line and have started in on the floral black work band.....  so, I guess my goal is to have the black work band done by the end of the week.....  it seems to move rather slowly, but looks interesting!!

  5. I love the colors! Are you loving the specialty stitches?

    I'm in a rut right now. I have a bunch of WIPs in my stitching basket that I should be working on but I want to start something new. But I don't even feel like stitching because of this nasty hay fever! Ugh.

    Also, I ordered from Needle in the Haystack last week. They were so nice in helping me find the right shade of yellow fabric (which, apparently, is hard to find these days). Did you know they are moving? I guess they are downsizing but staying in Alameda (isn't that where the nuclear wessels are? - sorry, Star Trek joke).
