Challah and Bacon...seems like two food times that contrast eachother (referring to the Challah being something we had on Friday nights when we celebrated the Jewish sabbath and never having bacon or pork in the household as a kid). But I can see how the combination would work - the sweet egginess of the Challah plus the cream cheese and bacon.
